As the first ski area with comprehensive child safety bars on all cable cars, the safety of the youngest skiers is the top priority. What's more, the wide selection of experiences offers just the right thing for every member of the family:

Kidsrun Flachau - Little skiers master waves, obstacles, snow tunnels and rings and experience playful skiing fun.
Wagrainis Winterwelt - magic carpet, tubing run, mini speed check, a beginners snow park and the dwarf house for a short breather make a day's skiing unforgettable for the little ones.
Funslope Wagrain - An action-packed route that combines boardercross and snowpark elements.
Teufelsroute - A mystical forest trail with Krampussen, witches and other legendary figures from the Pongau region.

Thanks to the Panorama Link cable car, the Snow Space Salzburg, Flachauwinkl and Zauchensee ski areas are seamlessly connected. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy access to 12 peaks, 5 valleys and a total of 210 kilometres of pistes. Those who manage to conquer all 12 peaks during their stay can look forward to a special surprise.

There are four access points in Flachau and modern cable car facilities guarantee a fast, comfortable ascent. The high altitude and high-performance snow-making facilities ensure the best piste conditions - even in the early and late season. A total of 70 ultra-modern cable cars with comfort extras such as seat and backrest heating await guests, making long waiting times a thing of the past.

Every year, the elite of the Women's Ski World Cup compete on the World Cup pistes in Flachau and Zauchensee. Freestylers and freeriders get their money's worth in the Absolut Park in Flachauwinkl and in the Snowpark Alpendorf. Thanks to the direct connection to the railway network and the proximity to three motorway exits, the region is also easily accessible.
